We are Victoria Popova Dr.Sc., Ph.D. and Lidia Andrianova Ph.D. – two women-scientists from Russia. During 15 years through сchanneling we received information and two keys analog and digital for decoding of extraterrestrial civilizations (ETC) pictograms. We decoded thousands of ETC pictograms scattered all over the world and composed ETC’ Dictionary of Symbols of Consciousness for over 300 symbols.  Now everyone can read and understand messages of ETC. 

ETC are long ago on Earth. During many millennia ETC created around the world many objects-pictograms with the same symbolic and the identical information technology unknown to humanity. These objects form the System of Information Transmission (SIT) which covered the whole world. 

All ETC pictograms are classified into two groups of information: acquaint and emergency. Objects with acquaint information ETC created in stone in order to save for long time, sometimes for millennia. Among objects with ETC acquaint information are: Stonehenge, Machu Picchu, Chichen Itza, Chavin de Huantar, Chachapoyas, Cuzco, the Nazca Lines, the great pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, moai of Easter Island, Mexican pyramids the Moon and the Sun and many others. ETC transfer information about the program of humanity consciousness development on Earth, in solar system and in universe.  

The emergency information ETC transfer through crop circles. The purpose of ETC is to warn humanity about the beginning of global cataclysms and three preliminary cataclysms shortly before them and to give humanity instructions for continuation of life.

Summary. The pictogram tells about the process of unification of consciousness and shows how individual consciousness is gradually transformed into united. The pictogram calls mankind to make the Transition to the next cycle of life. 

We think that the pictogram is made by people, however, let’s read it in terms of symbols of extraterrestrial civilizations. 

Decoding of the pictogram

The pictogram consists of a circle in the center and arranged around it two concentric rings, each of which has large and small circles. 

Individual cell is a representation of a human being in the information world. The largest ring and the circle in the center represent the individual human cell. 

The cell of the united consciousness with expanded brain area. The inner ring located around the central circle depicts the cell of united consciousness with an expanded brain area. 

The brain area of the cells expands only in one case in the result of information exchange at unification of consciousness of two or more people. In the symbolic of consciousness, they are represented by individual cells 1 and 2. 

In this case, on the ring are placed four small balls. These are brain areas of four individual cells. Consequently, four people united consciousness and formed the united cell. 

On the big ring are presented four circles – two big and two double. Each of these pairs of circles is located opposite each other by diameter. 

At unification of consciousness of more people brain area of the cells significantly expands. Two double-circles also represent a large group of people, but less than the previous. Brain area of united cells are shown in red color, external and internal borders of cells – in blue, and the body area in green color.

At unification of consciousness of civilization the brain area takes the most part of the cell. Two circles of larger diameter represent a huge group of people. In the pictograms of extraterrestrial civilizations this way is usually shown the unification of consciousness of civilization. 

Thus, the pictogram tells how the united consciousness is formed from individual to the united by a growing number of people up to the huge number of people – the entire civilizations. 

The main principle of association of humanity consciousness has to become – Love the neighbor as yourself.
