All circles (in grass) are rotating
anti-clockwise. Diameters of the circles: 4 meter, 30 cm, 1.5 meter, 3.25 meter and 1.5
meter.
The "question mark" = 30 cm diameter. The total length of the formation = 36 meters. The area were the circles are situated is in a "polder" which means they are below sea level and they were located nearby electricity-cables (distance 50 meters).
