The second German formation of 2002 was discovered on May 1, in an oilseed
rape field North of the city of Kassel (exact location withheld by farmers
request) in Hessen. Like the Avebury area, this area around the city of
Kassel with its ancient history in the very centre of Germany, is one of
Germanys Crop Circle hot-spots.
Its shape is a simple set of two concentric rings with four grapeshot
circles placed in between the rings and in the outside field.
