This formation at Hoeven 21 July represents an H4O2 molecule. The "Dragon's Feet" refer to hydrogen...the four hydrogen atoms surrounding oxygen stabilize the molecule preventing the effects of the right or left handed H2O molecules inward and outward spirally of energy. This molecule is not affected by evaporation, but we can use two of these external hydrogen atoms for propulsion. It is their energy source for propulsion and the inlay or etching into the crop fields uses the plants through their water content, magnesium, sulphur or other elemental based molecules. They remove heavy metals; ferromagnetic through expulsion of the nodes...the energy fractures the ferric domain in iron, nickel and cobalt returning the magnetic field to normal, as apposed the stronger but temporary field. It restructures the entire plant....its DNA.
 

Apparently their message is "fission (cold) is occurring now of 2 H2O".  The signature at bottom left is H2O.
