This Crop Circle is a puzzle to be solved using the ET Corn Gods Language/Game. 

The ET Corn Gods Language/Game was designed by the Crop Circle maker, “GOD”. 

There are irregular clusters of circles.  (This irregularity is characteristic of other translation puzzles solved by the ET Corn Gods Language/Game)

First Cluster: 

The first cluster is 2 and 1, 21.  21+66 = 87, “August 7”, the date the crop circle was reported.

The “One” circle in the middle is the year and the word “Date”. 

“O” is letter 15, 2+13 = “2013”. 

The “N” is letter 14, letters “a” and “d”.

E is 5, book Dt, t is 20, bo, b+o is 17.  7+66+66 = “Te”. 

Therefore 

21 one = “2013 AD Date” 

Second Clusters: 

There are three other circle containing clusters:  “5 Circles”, “1 Circle”, and “5 Circles” 

Now, lets look at the word “Hoeven”:. 

Hoeven = H over N = 8/14 = 0.571428 571428 571428 57142857142857 

Note:  E (From Hoven) is 5, 50, L, L+66+66 = Nd, N+D = 18, letter “R”.

The solution of “8/14” contains repeating groups of “571428”. 

428 = 4+2+8, 14 

Therefore:

H over N = 8/14 = 0.571428 = 551 4

Rounded off = “551”.
