For the previous week Robbert had felt that another circle, something "big," was about to happen and on the night of August 17th (sometime after 11:00 pm) the feeling intensified so much that he called to ask his friend Roy to drive him to the fields.  Roy arrived around 11:45pm and the men left immediately.  In the car Robbert told Roy that he had several times earlier this summer seen (in his "mind's eye") a large, silvery "UFO-like" object hanging over a maize field, and had felt sure that a circle would appear in maize this summer.  He also was certain the field would be on the Palingstraat in Hoeven (where 2 formations in wheat occurred earlier this summer).

As they arrived on the Palingstraat Robbert "knew" that the silvery "UFO" (he says it felt like a kind of "mother-ship") was present and then saw it (in his "mind's eye") directly over a field planted in maize just across the road from the field where the July 14th and July 21st circles in wheat had appeared.  Although this "UFO" was not visually apparent to either Robbert or Roy, Robbert also "saw" a "wide column of white light" coming out of the object, directly down to the corn-field (almost exactly like what he and Nancy Talbott had seen visually in 2001, when a new circle had appeared in the field behind Robbert's parents' home:   http://www.bltresearch.com/eyewitness/eyewitness1.php).

Because there were no tram-lines in the maize field Robbert and Roy walked carefully through the 2.5 -3m tall corn-stalks toward the area over which Robbert had "seen" the "UFO-like" object...and soon found the new 15m diameter circle.  The stalks were laid very close to the ground and all swirled tightly clock-wise, from the outside edge in....and, curiously, there was no mound of plants in the centre, as one might expect.

Additionally, the aerial photos show that the circle occurred in a section of the field where the corn rows had been planted in opposite directions--the rows along the edge of the field planted in one direction and the rows in the interior planted perpendicularly to those along the edge.  And yet the very large flattened corn-stalks were all swirled symmetrically, in the same "lay" pattern--showing no interruption at all.

Robbert reports feeling momentarily "dizzy" when he reached the edge of the circle and he also felt a strong "electrostatic-like charge" all around his body, particularly in the hair on his arms and on the back of his neck.  

As is often the case, Robbert felt there was a "message" associated with this circle.  He felt it was "very healing...that the mother is still over the circle, but is invisible...that people may experience time differences in this circle because different dimensions intersect here."  He also said that the "sacred Source power and many invisible helpers are also present and that visitors to this circle may suddenly become aware of other places....or have encounters....because parallel worlds intersect here."
 

I found this 'message' interesting because I know that Robbert was not aware that this circle had occurred precisely where the corn rows which were planted in different directions abutted each other--that half of the circle had formed in the rows planted in one direction, the other half in rows planted perpendicularly.  It was very dark and neither Robbert nor Roy walked through the circle (not wanting to crush the plants)....and it wasn't until the aerial photos were taken the next day that the curious placement of the circle was apparent.
 

This field is owned by the same farmer as the two formations in wheat which appeared July 14th & July 21st.  This farmer and his wife have agreed to open the maize circle to the public and are asking for a contribution of 5 Euros from visitors, to offset the greater loss of income caused by this circle.  There is a red/white ribbon placed now which leads directly into the circle so that visitors do not cause further damage to the corn.
