As I continue to lose ground to the 'alien/other worldly' argument put forward by most other commentators here, this is another plea in favour of the 'non alien intervention' argument. 
Even though I abhor any form of racial profiling, I feel that these 'non alien intervention' comments of mine will just have to fall foul of this taboo with regard to the circle-makers. This is because if I just continue to ignore this rather repulsive aspect of detective work it won't help in identifying who it is we're actually dealing with here.

This CC found in Norway is of great significance; albeit not the best example of this art form. But all the same, to lay down a CC in Norway must mean that the circle-makers are now happy to give away at least one clue to their genetic inheritance. Yes, it is true: a circle-makers genome is actually made up of two racial groupings ... Mayan and Nordic. Because of my already stated distaste for any kind of in-depth profiling, I am not now going to describe what these mixed race individuals look like - suffice to say, they are human beings ... NOT ALIENS, so please stop alienating them! 

Although this latest CC found in Norway is somewhat unusual, if my assertion as to the identity of the circle-makers is correct (?), then why do they keep re-visiting Wiltshire? The reason why the circle-makers prefer Wiltshire to both Norway and Mexico is because of a Sun-centric phenomenon caused by precession. Every 2160 years or so, the Sun moves into a new constellation where is stays put for another 2160 years until it finally moves in front of the next one along. Whenever this new alignment occurs, us human beings (including the circle-makers) are given the opportunity to create a 'golden age' from these new beginnings. Two thousand years ago on the longitudinal line that cuts through the Holy Land, a marker was laid down for this self same opportunity to arise out of that area of the middle east. Unfortunately, the great 'Corner Stone' philosophy that was laid down for the benefit of building what would have been a new 'Piscean' golden age was grossly misinterpreted and therefore rejected. The fall-out from this has been the cause of this very long and painful pregnant pause. But today, we find ourselves in this 2012 era on the cusp of another celestial crossroad. But to add to our Sun's predicted shift into its new position in front of Aquarius, we find that we've been co-opted into an additional Mesoamerican 'closing of cycles' event brought to us by an unheard-of Mayan/Nordic offshoot race. Hence ... crop circles!

The reason for Wiltshire in England finding itself as 'crop circle central' is because each time a new zodiacal sign comes around a 30 degree shift to the west moves across the globe to create its new longitudinal datum line. This projection comes about because of the former position taken up by the previous longitudinal datum line from where the last golden age effort failed to materialise. So every 2160 years this imaginary line moves across the globe to a rough location marker line 30 degrees west at the start of each new age so as to enable us to try again. So one could say that around 4,000 years ago, because the golden age of 'Aries' also failed to materialise in former Eastern Iran (Zoroastrian culture), a subsequent 30 degree shift westwards became necessary to identify where the new Piscean dispensation would begin 2160 years later. This became the shift of 30 degrees across to the Holy Land from Eastern Iran, and now here in the 2012 era the same 30 degree shift from there has meant that the focus is now upon England. But in preparation for what? 

Still the question remains: why did they choose Wiltshire? Surely this longitudinal line which now cuts through England would mean that the circle-makers would have a very long arc line to concentrate upon. It follows that many parts of France, Spain and Africa are on this line and therefore could have been used to lay down crop circles.

The real reason why they chose Wiltshire is because it's a remote area of countryside where the longitudinal line and the Ouroboros (snake tail swallower) corridor of Earth energy which girdles the globe INTERSECT (this section of the Ouroboros corridor that crosses England is known as the St Michael Line). Some will say that Wiltshire isn't a precise 30 degrees west of Israel, and that the Sun won't hit the actual start of Aquarius for at least a few hundred years. Yes, I would agree that the timing isn't quite right, but it does now seem clear that in the battle of the ages, the Mesoamerican Mayan/Nordic circle-maker age has taken precedence.
