I guess it is kind of complicated for most of you to decode this crop formation, right? No wonder so far I have not received any feedback from you. The following is my interpretation for your reference. 

This crop formation is telling us there are two different calendars. 

Since we are about to enter a new era, it is certainly that the current calendars must be updated with something new as well. 

Please do not question me why I would know the little circle is coded with the message: a new calendar created based on the convection of geothermal energy. Someone happened to take a close-up of this little circle as below….

This is called two shifts taking turns to rest.
