I was on a coach on Tuesday morning approaching Manchester Airport,
and it was a real delight to see a crop circle in a field not far
from the airport by the side of the M56.
I could not get my camera to
work in time, but I hope to be able to get out there and
find it and take a few photos before the harvester gets to
it. I am a busy man though, and it would be great if one of
your website / forum fans who lives near there could have a
look also.
It was just after a train line and after a line of trees,
and just before a bridge, so I am pretty sure it is this
field:
Is a bit difficult to estimate the size, but I would guess
roughly 40 - 50 metres? it was quite big, and stood out
really well. It had a wide outer ring, with standing crop
(wheat or barley?) showing what looked like an orbit of
planets, or some kind of planetary alignment? As I say, I
was not able to see to for more than about 10 seconds, and I
was desperately trying to get the camera on my phone to work
as the coach went past.
It consisting of 1 heart and 2 small
hearts on the side of a hill in plain view of on-coming traffic from
Beelsby. It is next to the 20 mile circular walk called ‘Wanderlust
Way’! I have had a look
at the damaged crop, looks man made. I have further details
and close up pictures if you require them
