This enigmatic formation is in
full view from the busy A16 at the Walmsgate/ Burwell boundary; the
prehistoric Beacon Plantation long barrow is less than ¾ mile further south.
Laid out in wheat, comprising
flattened lotus shapes and circular lines with intersecting flattened areas
reminiscent of The Flower of Life pattern 6 fold geometry.
The recent Worlaby formation is
2.3 miles away and 1.7 miles from the large 2005 formation near Burwell
As with the Worlaby formation, a
number of pigeons could be seen in it. Possibly appeared early Sunday
morning as no other previous sightings have been reported.
A strong dowsable energy was
detected on the main alignment across the main road.
