Decoding of the Pictogram at Cley Hill 9 July 2010 Wiltshire, England

We are Victoria Popova Dr.Sc., Ph.D. and Lidia Andrianova Ph.D. – two women-scientists from Russia. This is our research for decoding of crop circle pictograms. 

We decoded thousands of ETC pictograms and composed a dictionary on about 200 most common used ETC symbols. Extraterrestrial Civilizations (ETC) are long ago on Earth – thousands of years. They created all over the world a set of objects which form the System of the Information Transmission (SIT). ETC transfer information about the program of humanity consciousness development on Earth, in solar system and in universe. The purpose of the SIT is to give humanity instructions for continuation of life before the beginning of global cataclysms. 

All objects of the SIT are classified into two groups: with the introductory information and emergency communications. Emergency communications ETC transmit through crop circles. All other introductory information about consciousness and its possibilities, ETC pass through other objects. Among them are Stonehenge, stone circles Avebury, barrow-pyramid Silbury Hill (England), moai of Easter Island and not completed Easter Island-symbol (Chile), complex «pyramids Giza-Sphynx» (Egypt), underwater pyramids and temples Yonaguni and Okinawa (Japan), the Mexican pyramids the Moon and the Sun (Mexico), a multilevel complex of Peru: Sillustani, Sacsayhuaman, Cusco, Оllantaytambo, Tambo Machay, Pisac, Moray, Maras, a modern wonder of the world Machu Picchu, the Nazca Lines (Peru) and others. 

ETC mission is to help people make the right decision about the Transition through the unification of consciousness.

Summary. The pictogram represents the 3-D image of the information cell of civilization of fourth-individual level of consciousness. However, such heterogeneous structure will lead to destruction of humanity in global cataclysms. For continuation of our life through the Transition is required homogeneous structure of the united cell of civilization. It corresponds to the fifth level of consciousness – united consciousness. 

The Pictogram Decoding 

The pictogram shows the crosses, built of cubes. The top part of each cube is marked by small grids. Each cell of this grid represents a brain’ area of human being’ individual cell corresponding to the fourth level of consciousness. 

Similar image of civilization’ cell has already been repeatedly shown in crop circles. On one side of each cube are shown almost the same grid as in crop circles on 1.08 1997 Wiltshire, England; 2.07.00 Wiltshire, England, and 8.07.06 Oxfordshire, England. 

The cube is a superstructure over the information cell of civilizations, as the tense square tent. 

The cube represents the integrated enlarged area of a brain of every human being of our civilization. This image shows that each of us has individual consciousness, i.e. everyone struggles for himself, for the place under the sun.

The cube with a huge increasing represents a brain area of each of us. It is shown specially for no doubt – our consciousness is I-N-D-I-V-I-D-U-A-L!!! And even there is no hint on any elements or separate area of the united consciousness. 

By this pictogram ETC have clearly demonstrated: our civilizations consists of homogeneous individuality … 

Undoubtedly, there are churches, synagogues, mosques… There are monasteries,… pilgrims and holy people...  There are philanthropists ... But ETC show that in the vast massif of civilization - 6.8 billion of people – they are not visible. The exceeding quantity of people lives by the principle – everyone for himself. In our civilization, in terms of ETC, are no compassion and mutual support. The civilization is torn apart by wars and terrorist attacks, hatred, greed for money and power. 

Thus, in general a brain area of each of us as the accessory of civilization’ cell, is presented by a quadrangular cube. The pictogram consists of multi repeated cubes. So, ETC inform that today consciousness of our civilization corresponds to the fourth level, i.e. individual consciousness. 

Information cell of Earth civilization, consisting of 6.8 billion individual cells, ETC often represent in various objects of the System of Information Transmission. Thus, it is presented in Maras, Peru by a huge salt mines massif of over five thousand squared shaped salt-pools. It is also presented in many crop circles. 

The external hexagon shows a carbon basis of our life. 

Here are some crop circle examples showing the carbon basis of humanity. 

In the previous message 6 July, 2010 Hampshire, England ETC have shown necessary structure of mankind’ cell able to make the Transition for life’ continuation. It is the cell of the united consciousness with homogeneous resonant structure. 

Thus, ETC showed that now on Earth is emergency situation. For prolongation of our life only high homogeneity structure is required for bio-resonant activity which will lead to repeated strengthening of the united consciousness action.  In the result, a beam of bio-laser will arise at the moment of consciousness’ synchronization revealing the highest resonant quality of the united cell structure. A bio-laser beam will remove our body from the level of global cataclysms - the level of Crystal Structures. So, we will make the Transition to a safe level of the material world. 

This ETC pictogram warns that with individual consciousness we can not make the Transition, and our civilization will be perished in started global cataclysms of the planet’ destruction. Thus, if our civilization will not in time creates a deeply structured united consciousness then, we ourselves put a cross on our future.

Numerous grave crosses, presented in the pictogram at different angles, correspond to the fourth level of individual consciousness and clearly show the future of our today’ civilization with individual consciousness. 

Volume 3-D figures indicate the need for the immediate formation of the united consciousness for the Transition in a new cycle of life. 

ETC in pictograms have already repeatedly pointed on grave crosses, corresponding to the fourth level of the individual consciousness. ETC specified the reason of presented cross – the destruction of mankind in global cataclysms in the result of critical decreasing of Earth magnetic field, which they represent by symbols of hysteresis loops. 

The most important, that the cause of civilization’ destruction is misunderstanding the necessity of the united consciousness formation. Many crop circles warn about necessity for the Transition to a mode of the united consciousness. Two of them are presented below. 

It is important to note that the decoding pictogram appeared near the Cley Hill with the shape presenting the principle of the united consciousness formation, necessary for civilization’ Transition in a new life cycle. 

At association of two individual cells, with small area of a brain, i.e. consciousnesses of two people, the united cell with the expanded area of a brain is formed. 

Channeling for the Decoding of ETC Pictograms 

In many letters people tell that they completely agree with our decoding. They have always been assured that it is ETC messages about consciousness. When they saw the Great pyramids and the Sphinx in Egypt; enormous surfaces of mountains covered with endless terraces in Peru; huge multi-ton densely fitted boulders of Sacsayhuamán at altitude 3,701m (12,142 ft); a mysterious Machu Picchu, the Wonder of the World, they have always believed that these are objects of ETC origin. 

Many people repeatedly ask two questions. How we began decoding ETC pictograms. Why we returned back to Russia after 15 years living in New-York.  This is a short explanation. 

All information for decoding of ETC pictograms is a channeling. We are two sisters born in Russia. 

Victoria Popova, Dr. Sc. Ph.D., professor, has over 100 scientific publications and 16 patents, the best inventor of NCC HS. She worked as the Provost of the Academy of Civil Engineering. Lidia Andrianova, Ph.D. has over 50 scientific publications and 4 patents, was teaching at the Academy of Agricultural Mechanical Engineering. 

After receiving an engineering degree with honors at Technical University, each of us defended candidate dissertations. After it Victoria defended Doctorate dissertation in The Bauman Moscow State Technical University, the best technical university for engineers in Russia, the equivalent of Harvard University, USA. 

Our dissertations were based on research of the Barkhausen effect and its use for nondestructive testing of ferromagnetic materials. Later we understood that the Barkhausen effect is a basis for an explanation of the reason of global cataclysms beginning. 

Since 1986 through channeling Victoria has started to receive constantly the information that ozone layer depletion is not connected with human activity, but it is an evolutionary process of Earth. This information we transmitted to Michael Gorbachev, the President of USSR and Bill Clinton, the President of USA. But nothing changed. 

Through channeling we were instructed to move as quickly as possible to USA in spite the fact that our life in Russia was good – we had comfortable apartments and great jobs. In 1995 having overcome all incredible obstacles we came to New York with our families where a body has the weakest influence on mind. On the Atlantic Ocean coast we lived 15 years. 

Immediately upon arrival in the United States Victoria began receiving information through channeling daily and we have plunged into day-and-night continuous work. Information has been received from 11 pm till 3 am. During the day we have to understand received information, to process it, to print and be prepared to receive the new one. 

The first 8 years through channeling we studied the theory of consciousness, so, we retrained. Through channeling we learned how and where in the Universe’ system consciousness works; that our universe is a uniform system of consciousness with various mechanisms of its perfection, and five levels of consciousness develop in it. We learned about how the universe was born and how this cycle of life of the universe will end. How inspiration of consciousness happens. It appears that two groups of planets of the solar system – terrestrial and gas also are connected with consciousness development. These are planets of the past, present and future development of consciousness. 

For answers to persistent questions, we met with the famous American astronomer Carl Sagan, Nobel laureates, Senators and Congressmen, scientists of NASA; the Director of the Earth Institute at Columbia University, outstanding Priests, Rabbis and other famous people. These were the primary sources of various models and theories that we needed in order to understand information received through channeling. It was absolutely impossible to meet with these super busy people by usual measures, but for us it was very easy and it seemed that these people expected us. 

The stage of training ended by presentations of reports about mechanism of consciousness work at international congresses in the U.S. and France, as well as writing 3-volume book «Our Transition into Parallel Worlds» about 1200 pages. It was published in Russia in a very brief version and became a bestseller. 

At the International exhibition BookExpo2005 in New York the Rough Guides presented us a book with a beautiful Lucy Pringle's crop circle on the cover. So, we began to study this phenomenon. At first we discovered a digital code of ETC pictograms and started to decode the Nazca Lines. A year later, through channeling was given the main code – analog – an individual information cell. So we began to decode crop circles, and then other ETC pictograms, scattered around the world. 

Decoding of pictograms began very hard. Sometimes, the understanding of a symbol was equivalent to a fortress capture. In decoding of ETC pictograms succeeded Lidia.

There remained only one symbol – dematerialization, which we recognized on crop circles, but could not identify in real ETC objects. We also did not distinguish the dematerialization process in ETC objects. It was a result of a body weakening in New York. In order to complete the dictionary and present ETC symbols in full by some unusual circumstances in 2008 we were transferred back to Russia. 

And only a year later, when our body has completely solidified, we suddenly realized the image of dematerialization symbol, and saw it almost in all ETC objects – headdress of the Sphinx, the numerous steps of the Moon and Sun pyramids and others.  

The process of dematerialization, i.e. disappearance from the level of Crystal structures we understood later. ETC presented it by suddenly breaking steps leading to nowhere – into a deep 700m breakage. You can see it everywhere in multilevel Peru’ complex. 

It turned out that ETC for a long time already have been on Earth. ETC created the System of Information Transmission which they transfer through many objects built by them. Among these objects are: Stonehenge, the great pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, moai of Easter Island, Machu Picchu (Peru), and others. Having decoded thousand of ETC pictograms we have acquired a great experience. 

Incredible event has occurred in 2001, a few hours before September 11 attacks. It was around 0:25 a.m. Victoria was alone in the room. Suddenly she felt that the Column of the highest intensity has grown from behind. The Column did not touch her, was the width of the shoulders and from floor level went up to infinity. To Victoria came an idea by channeling as already familiar process: «Today your activity begins». Then the Column disappeared. It was very strange and not clear – what activity could begin late at night...  And in the morning all world knew about terrible act of terror and the World Trade Centre's collapse. 

So, the 9/11 event showed the apogee of humanity’ hate and separation. But the only way to prolong our life in coming soon global cataclysms is unification of all civilization’ consciousness. So, our activity means transmitting the channeling information to humanity for understanding the danger of Earth critical situation in order to make the Transition in time. 

We have written 12 books based on the channeling information and decoding of ETC pictograms. Two of them we have published in the co-authorship with Marina Popovich – the big long-term friend of our family. These books are called «Letters of ETC – the Last Warning» and «The System of Information Transmission of Extraterrestrial Civilizations». 

Marina Popovich – the military test pilot, has 101 World records  

Marina Popovich, Ph.D. is a military test pilot of the first class, has 101 world aviation records, she is the Air Force Colonel, the full member of five Academies of Sciences. M. Popovich brought in Guinness World Records. A star in the Cancer constellation is named after M. Popovich.
