Interpretation of the Crop Circle Appeared at East Field, nr Alton
Barnes, Wiltshire. Reported 26th July.
This crop
circle depicts the process of how administrative organization is
formed and the duties are regulated after we enter the new
civilization. Hope you still remember that we talked about this
subject in the interpretation of the first oil seed rape circle this
May.

New
civilization will be consisting of two spirits, one is Wisdom and the
other is Benevolence. In the first place, human beings of these two
kinds of spirit will cooperate to organize a federal government. Under
the federal government there will be two groups established, similar to
the parliaments and those two groups are parallel. Every policy must be
passed by those two groups simultaneously to be executed. But in each
group there must have two teams of Wisdom people and Benevolence people
as the group members.

Then
those two teams must be divided into two different organizations. Each
organization will be allocated with one team of Wisdom people and one
team of Benevolence people. Then two sides of Wisdom people and the
Benevolence people grouped together must pass the test of telepathy.
This happens to be contrary to the Siamese twins. Although their bodies
are apart, they are closely connected with each other spiritually. There
are 4 units of such organization under two parliament groups.

Now
I would like to explain the duties of those 4 organizations and how they
coordinate with each other. The center of this formation actually
depicts how those 4 organizations are divided to 8 departments and their
networking as well.
Lets take a look at the figure of step 3. A few symbols need to be
explained in advance. A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, D1 & D2 represent those 8
departments in the 4 organizations. Those 8 departments are
distinguished due to different specialties of each other. A1 collect
individual information, A2 transform the information to reveal to the
public, B1 integrate individual resources, B2 put the integrated
resources into practice on overall basis, C1 to attempt openly, C2
lock in the target and innovate in-depth, D1 to exhort gently & D2
to regulate rigidly.
Although those 8
departments are divided by their specialties, basically they are still
within one system. Therefore they must co-exist harmoniously as a whole.

are 6 symbols of & in the figure. I use this symbol to represent a
linked two parties. Their heart and souls are connected as one.
Therefore, you are me and I am you, and there is no issue of whether
to support or not.
