The day after a fairly obvious hoax was
discovered by the BBC (See HERE) a fascinating formation
appeared directly next to it. This time there was a very bazaar UFO close encounter report
to go with it. The formation was an incomplete quintuplet set. One of the four anticipated
satellite circles was missing but at the spot was a large badger's den. Much like a later
formation on the north side of Silbury Hill, utilised a metal cattle trough, this
formation on the southern side appeared to use a Badger's den, as if to highlight their
presence.
At 7.45 PM the presumed hoaxed formation referred to above was filmed from a helicopter by
the
Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) filming a program on Colin Andrews/Busty Taylor
and
Pat Delgado. Andrews was in the helicopter with the crew and witnessed that the new
pattern seen here was not present.
At 1.0 AM on the 30th of June a man living in a nearby cottage overlooking the field was
involved in a domestic dispute. He decided to take a walk into the dark rear garden to
have a cigarette. The moment he entered the garden he saw "A large glowing orange
ball" moving slowing from the sky into the field. Part of the glowing ball dropped
behind a large tree on the edge of the field opposite Silbury Hill. He could see most of
the object still protruding from the tree and now stationary on top the crop. The bottom
appeared to flatten out and the edge of the ball became much brighter and the whole object
began to pulsate before suddenly disappearing". He said it appeared to pop or
explode, but there was no sound. He ran to his car, parked in the drive way and drove the
100 yards to the side of the field from the nearby A4 highway. There as nothing more to be
seen, it had gone. After the sun rose he walked to the spot and found this new formation.
Strangely this new formation also had chalky mud on top the plants, as if people had
already visited.
