These three circles were filmed from the air by the Ministry Of Defence in a helicopter. The aircraft spotted the formation, with others, on its way to participate in NATO war games on Salisbury Plain. The army photographs, later supplied to CPRI shows the plants in the nearest circle spiralled anticlockwise. Just a few hours later, a site visit revealed the direction of the swirl had reversed and was now clockwise with numerous small standing pinnacles across the profile of this particular circle. |
