Click on Picture to see detail of the
light anomalies
This enhanced version of a photograph, taken by myself three
days after this beautiful formation arrived, clearly shows a number of “
light anomalies” in close proximity to a most striking aspect of the formation.
Rising out of the ground in the style of a fountain of water comes the mature
wheat of late summer, which in itself
is not too unusual in this part of the world. However to have a number of,
what appears to be small orbs or bubbles in clear view is rather more bizarre.
The shot was taken on a clear bright day, along with several others that showed no signs of anything strange
at all. At the time of photography there was no anomalous activity in or around the formation. This
photograph has been looked at by a
number of imaging experts who collectively, are as bemused as I am as to the nature of the apparent
spheres of light, that said, all were in agreement that what they were observing was very beautiful.

A formation @ All Cannings nr Alton Barnes, Wiltshire.
Reported 7/8/00 (Wheat) Situated alongside the sleepy Wiltshire village of All Cannings
in a large undulating field of wheat, is a rather solid &
chunky nine pointed star formation with a simple appeal that
works very well, from an aesthetic point of view this one very
much hits the right spot. Once again the fields in close
proximity to our home are being hit with very impressive crop
circles that display ever more interesting features & design
characteristics.
This formation consists of a circle of downed wheat, (approx)
180ft diameter within which sits a very fat nine pointer that has been fashioned from the standing crop as a one piece wonder. This
sharp pointed star has, as a central balancing feature, a small circle of downed crop that has for
it's center a tight woven nest with a hollow several inches deep. Between all nine
points of the star there are the most attractive & huge cones of
wheat that are swept in from the surrounding area with large
bursts of crop spraying out of the centers skyward. Some of
these ornate aspects of the formation look as if whatever
made them, on occasion span out of control resulting in the
wheat bursting out in all directions. To me it seems that the
circle makers lost their grip resulting in exploded, but still
coherent sunbursts that had a very attractive look and feel of
high speed creation.
Taken as a whole this formation, looked good, felt good and is
very well constructed. V nice.. To be updated with photos and watercolor drawing
