Diagram Graham Tucker Copyright 2001
At our last meeting of Medway Crop Circle, we happened to learn from one of our members
(nice one Zoirika!) of a formation in Israel. It was discovered in cereal crop on March 14th
2001 on a kibbutz at Nir Elijahu, north of Tel Aviv. It was published in the May edition of "The
Israeli Research Centre for UFO's" magazine.
Placed in a corner of a field in which no tramlines exist, it's a simple 3-ring affair with the
circles diminishing in size. The largest measures 45m across, but differs form the other two in
that it hosts a large area of standing crop measuring 28m (effectively creating a ring which is
17m wide). The other two adjoining circles measure 28m and 20m across respectively.
We are surfing the net in vain at the moment trying to locate the magazine and photographer
etc, in order to obtain permission for use of the aerial shots (no luck so far, can anyone help?).
Meanwhile we have enclosed quite an accurate black & white diagram (copyright G Tucker
2001).
