Reconstruction of the 2007 Southend formation | ||

| Draw a circle. Draw and extend the horizontal and vertical centerlines. |
| 2. |
| Copy circle 1 to its lower intersection with the vertical centerline. |
| 3. |
| Copy circle 1 to the lower intersection of circle 2 and the vertical centerline. Move this circle (copy and delete original) to its own lower intersection with the vertical centerline |

| Repeat step 3 eight times, first with respect to circle 3, then with respect to each newly copied circle, as shown. |
| 5. |
| Repeat step 3 once again, with respect to the last (lowest) circle 4, to yield eleven circles in total on a vertical row, head to tail, as shown. |

| Construct a "two-points" circle, defined by the end-points of a centerline, with the points at the centers of circles 1 and 5. |
| 7. |
| Construct a two-points circle, with the points at the lower intersections of circles 2 and 5 with the vertical centerline. |

| Construct a two-points circle, with one point at the lower intersection of circle 3 and the vertical centerline, and the other point at the center of circle 5. |

| Steps 9 through 15 are a repetition of steps 7 and 8, each with respect to the next circle 4 for the upper point, and alternately the lower intersection and the center of circle 5 for the lower point. First circle 4, lower intersection of circle 5. |

| Remove all parts not present in the formation itself. |

| Colour all areas with standing... |

| ...or with flattened crop; this will finish the reconstruction of the 2007 Southend formation. |
