A single circle (discovered by Mike Hubbard from his Micro light
on
Saturday 19th June 1999) has appeared in a field at Ovingdean, East Sussex next to St
Dunstan's institute for the blind (who apparently saw nothing!). This same field hosted
it's first formation (an incomplete Quincunx - 5 spot on a dice - it only had the large
central circle and 2 smaller ones. A third was only partially formed, a fourth would have
been on tram lines) on 27th July 1996 (Ref Sussex 9602 - see CCCS Sussex Branch report for
1996). |
