UPDATE

Robert Stanley again. I spoke to my parents over the weekend and they seemed rather upset. They had taken another drive past the location near Worksop on the M1 near Junction 29. Much to their surprise the crop formation was now a different shape than what they had first seen on July 6th? They were quite astonished. My father said he nearly drove off the road because he couldn't take his eyes of the "new," circular version of crop formation. They did stop the car this time and get out for a good look. Their memory of what they originally saw was a rectangular or square formation that had many smaller squares that comprised a complex pattern. They told me that it resembled a Mayan glyph unlike the formation that currently exist near Junction 29 on the
M1.

Could you please check to see what date the photograph of the crop formation near Junction 29 was taken. If it was taken after July 6th then something extraordinary has occurred at that site. It would be akin to lightning striking twice in the same place. If the image was captured before July 6th then my parents were privy to a truly bizarre optical illusion.

I would like to report a Crop Circle  visible from the M1 North just below Junction 29 (Worksop? Exit in Northern Nottinghamshire). Saw it as we were driving north at around 12:00 pm on Saturday, 19 June. It looked like a crop circle and is clearly visible from the motorway. It is a circle shaped with curved points at each end. I is relatively small, but elegant. I have never seen a crop circle this far north.

Here is some more information and a picture. I do not know how long it has been there, but looks like it may be at least a week old, there is some green growth in it. It is approximately 40 feet long. Seems to be in wheat grass. It is just off the northbound motorway right below Junction 29, just opposite of Hardwick Hall.

South Facing on the west side of the M1 motorway close to the roundabout to Chesterfield and Mansfield. Its a circle with an outer ring with crescent incorporated. There seem to be small features also included, and is about 65ft in diameter in young wheat.
