INTERNATIONAL CROP CIRCLES OF 1999 |

This formation was made on 8 th July 99 between 10 and 11 a.m. We could say so precise
date of appearing, because there were a group of worker, which were worked on electrical
wires. When they left ( about 10 a.m. ) - they have a snack - there was no
formation on the field. When they come back ( about 11 a.m. ), they found this formation.
Its diameters: 65.8 m ( E - W ), 51.4 m ( N - S ). We carried out all
standard measurement - there were no divergences. Biotronical
investigation displayed, that the formation radiated negative energy. It was acknowledged
by some visitors of this formation, they were torpid, had headache, etc. When we
researched this formation, there were already the second formation on the same field
- look at the formation number 2 ( Lomnice upon Popelka ).
