Crop-Circle on a Dutch island called Texel.

On Friday of the 18th July a Dutch Pilot Olaf Bakker saw, while he was flying over the island Texel, beneath him a triangular-shaped Cropcircle. According to the pilot the symbol must have been appeared in the night between the 17th en the 18th of July, because he didn't see the symbol the day before. His boss of the flying company "Texel-Air" made a photo for the local newspaper. At that moment, only the farmer , Gerrit de Wit, had entered the Crop circle. After the photo was published nobody on the island was really interested in the phenomenon. Only Simone Zacharias, my wife, wanted to look at the Crop circle for studying it. A great luck, that she was there for a week-spending holiday. The Cropcircle in the cornfield showed three circles (each circle was 8 meters in diameter) in a triangular position. Between the circles there were connections of 13 meters, made by flat crop, also in a triangular shape. The direction of all of the crop was to the left.

The following personal story about the crop circle of Texel is written by Simone Zacharias. "I am a Ufolgists wife, but until my holiday on the Dutch islands, I had a very little support for his work. That changed spontaneously when I read the "Texelse Courant" where was told that in the north of Texel a pilot saw a triangular with on every edge a circle. That all happened on Friday, the 18th of July, on my 28th birthday. By seeing the picture in the newspaper I tried to find the crop circle. When I was at the location I went careful though the cornfield, trying not to damage the corn. An astonishing fact was, that there were no crop circle-tourists at all! For one moment, I wasn't sure about the location, but then I was frightened by three flight of doves. They flew out of the three circles. A moment later I stood in a 8 meter diameter circle. It's hard to say I was euphoric about the circles-energy or the happiness I had about finding the crop circle. I jumped and danced, said the aeroplanes hello, and began to make pictures and notes. After an hour I left to a near dyke, to made more pictures of the crop circle. When I was leaving the area I couldn't stop whistling a melody, that was unknown to me. I continued whistling during my cycling-tour while going home, because I wouldn't forget the melody. Maybe these melodies are coming from another dimension, who knows. I'm becoming an hen-skin when I think about it. And if this corn-art was made by Earthly jokers, then they are becoming my compliments, because being in a powerful symbol is a great experience."
