Like the UK, the Czech Republic has already had its first pictogram of this year, discovered around April 23rd. Although it was found in grass and not in crop and although it was somewhat smaller than the one at Barbury Castle in England, its complexity suggests that the crop circle season has already started in this country and that this year we can probably expect big things.
This small, some 18m long pictogram appeared in the Ceska Lipa region, in a military range near Mimon. Nobody managed to take proper photos, because the formation in grass was destroyed by the first visitors. We present at least an approximate shape which was drawn according to the accounts of the witnesses.
Crop circles are no strangers to the Ceska Lipa area - we had them here for example in early July 1995....
