DUTCH CROP CIRCLES OF 1996

Updated Friday 9th August 1996

Graauw, Netherlands. Reported 24th July.

I'm just mailing you to tell you that last Wednesday 24th of July another crop circle was discovered in the Graauw (this is a very little village in the south of the Netherlands near Belgium).

As soon as I have a picture of it I will scan it and send it to you.

Greetings, Hans Van de Walle and Colinde Van Hove.

A Dutch newspaper cutting from Arjan Dekker.

The text read "UFO's land again. The reason why and how they make the circles is unknown. But the moment the crops grow, apparently many people believe that alien creatures think it's time to pay a visit to the Dutch countryside. Many others are convinced that it's humans who make the circles. In the province of Zeeland, Grauuw, the first (*) crop circle of the season was found six meters in diameter, nicely round and perfect flat. (PS; * That's not correct, the first was found in Limburg!)
