GERMAN CROP CIRCLES IN 1991

Grasdorf, Nr Hildesheim, Lower Saxony.

This was the largest and the most complex pictogram to appear in Germany. It was discovered on the 23rd of July in the early hours in the morning by the farmer Herr Werner Harenberg. It contained seven symbols and 13 circles, with a cross feature which is an ancient sun symbol. The formation was placed near an ancient site called the Thieberg, this was a Teutonic tribal parliament site. When the farmer entered the formation he stated that the crop was well laid, and in his opinion was not made by Hoaxers.

What is so interesting about this particular pictogram, is the story attached to it regarding three plates which were dug up inside the formation itself. The plates consisted of one Gold, one Silver, and one Bronze. They were found in the three circles accompanied by semi circles and were discovered at a depth of 18 inches. The dirt on them was very firm and stuck to the plates, as if they had been in the ground for quite some time. What is so remarkable about this find is that each plate bore the same design of the pictogram even down to the positioning of each shape. The plates were sent to many experts, one particular place was the German Federal Institute for Materials Research in Berlin. Their results were quite incredible, as the Silver plate consisted mainly of pure Silver 99.9%. The Bronze plate contained Copper-Tin alloy with traces of Nickel and Iron. The Gold plate was never seen again, but some German Researchers received coloured photographs showing the plate cut in two in 1993, but with no further information.
