DESCRIPTION:
A 24-circle 2-ring formation, 16m overall diameter, found in the same field
as the first 2011 circle in Holland on April 24th ( http://www.bltresearch.com/robbert/easter2011.php).
Largest ring is an irregular oval 8.8m x 10.1m in diameter, small ring is
circular and 3.2m in diameter; both rings are 30 cm wide. Largest circle in
formation measures 2m in diameter, smallest is 0.7m in diameter. Slightly
more than half of the circle centres were in their geometric centres but
small white dots on diagram indicate circles with off-centre centres; red
dot indicates one circle which had a hole in its centre, and the small
circle with 2 white dots indicates only circle which has a "double" centre.

It should be pointed out that, although many crop circle enthusiasts think
that "geometric precision" is a hallmark of "genuine" crop formations (and
conversely that irregularity in circle components or a generally "funky"
overall "design" indicates that a formation is man-made), the scientific
work indicates otherwise. The consistent abnormalities documented in
crop circle plants and soils by BLT in the 1990s ( plantab and /magnetic)
and published in 1994, 1995 & 1999 as indicative of non-mechanical
flattening of several hundred crop circles examined from North America and
many other countries ( published)
reveals that the circle-creation process can produce both very "geometric"
formations and/or fairly irregular, less esthetically-pleasing events.
In fact, the plant and soil evidence indicates that randomly-downed patches
of crop (often, but not always, found in the same fields as "geometric"
circles) are sometimes affected in the same way by this as-yet-not-fully
understood energy complex. For a recent documentation of these plant
changes in randomly-downed crop found in conjunction with a clear
"pictorial" crop circle in the UK see Part 1 of our 2009 UK circle report
discussing the "Phoenix" crop formation: uk2009.
About a week prior to the appearance of this 10th Dutch crop formation
Robbert asked his mother to drive him to the Bosschenhoofd field where the
first 2011 Dutch formation had appeared (see link above) because he felt
that something new was going to appear or might already have. Although they
found nothing new on that trip Ed Vos, a Dutch crop circle enthusiast,
asked Robbert a day or so later to ask if there were any new formations and
Robbert told him he was certain one would appear within the week. Then, in
the evening of August 2nd, Robbert began to feel the "nervousness" he has
come to recognize signals a new formation getting ready to appear. He
called his neighbour Ellen to ask if she could drive him back to the
Bosschenhoofd field and they arrived around 11:30pm and found the new
formation.
While inside the new circles Robbert felt a strong "tingling" (a sort of
"electrostatic charge") in his hands and arms, which then went through his
whole body causing him to become dizzy. Ellen also experienced the tingling
and the dizziness as did several other visitors to the formation the next
day. Ellen also saw a "light" in the sky when Robbert was in the circle
that first night. As usual, Robbert is interested primarily in the "energy"
he perceives in the circles...and he says that this formation had a "very
soft, sweet" energy in spite of the fact that it was so very strong.
A few nights later Robbert took multiple anomalous light photos using
Roy's Sony DSC-W270 digital camera, as Roy watched; neither man saw the
lights visually and, although they are in every case down low over the field
& the flash fired on each shot, in several of them the photos are totally
black except for the lighted object itself. In the others the field is lit
up in the area immediately in front of the camera, as you would expect with
the flash firing. A few light photos are included here. Other reports
about Robbert are listed at the bottom of his BLT "Home" page: robbert.
