AERIAL SHOTS GROUND SHOTS DIAGRAMS FIELD REPORTS COMMENTS ARTICLES

This formation was discovered in a very late crop of oats in
the same field and almost on the same spot  as the formation in 2009:

At first glance, the relatively complex pattern looked attractive, but it unfortunately turned out that
this formation showed many signs of being man.-made.

The lay was messy throughout, and showed no elegance:

The three circles all had flattened plants in the centres, and in these
centres the stalks were not swirled, but downed in a messy and random way:

Paths of damaged and trampled stalks were leading through
the standing crop and into the  centres:

Holes were found in all three centres, probably the result of sticks that had been inserted into the soil. These
sticks were probably the centre points of the rope used to draw the circles.
