Discus French Crop Circles  on the Forum

I transmit you a new sketch of the French crop circle.

We have called it "le bilboquet", in English : "the cup-and-ball" .The favourite game (play ?) of our old good king Henri III and his court, in the middle of XVIè century.

You can see an updated version of the website "Signes" (the link in your crop circle French page). Updated by Mathieu & me, with this sketch and new remarks from Gilles Munsch (other member of VECA* team), Mathieu and me.

Hello here it’s Gilles Durand, Brunoy (France)

So, you can see the first pictures & sketch from French Crop circle “on line” by my friend Mathieu C. (all in French):

We have, a friend (Mathieu C.) and me, searched  for this crop. After a long time, at end of afternoon, we have found the crop in a barley field (accessible with difficulty) in the curve of Yerres river valley.

The pattern consist in 1 circle of  7,20m in diameter and a ring large of 1, 60m and of 12 m in diameter (irregular), joint by a sinuous path of approx 28 m of length, large of 80cm, consisting in 4 curved sections altered : curved at right, curved at left, long of 3m each, and a fifth curved  section (curved at right) of 10 m. At this place the path is very curved and form a sort of hook, and return immediately in the wrong way, along the "hook" for make a separation. To right the path to end by a little circle (3,20m in diameter). To left it pursuit by a curve (curved at left) of 5 or 6m to joint the ring. At opposite of this junction between the path and the ring a crescent of flattened barley at the side of standing barley delimited by the ring. Like if you have crunched in a cookie. A little circle of 3,20m in diameter is up of the ring along the tram-line.

My explanations are clear ? No ? sorry...it's my bad English.

Nearly all of measures are multiple of 0,80m

Main circle : 7,20m = 0,80m x 9

2 little circles : 3,20m = 0,80m x 4

Ring : 1,60m = 0,80m x 2

Path : 0, 80m.

A strange remark : in the flattened barley nearly all seeds are shelled, we have found nearly none grain at ground. The majority of seeds at disappear !

We have an hypothesis : the seed has been pecked by birds (numerous wood pigeons in the Yerres river valley) taking the advantage of the flattened corn.

A Périgny's old man (angler and friend of farmer field's owner) declare to us : "this's damages are caused by teenagers of neighbourhood. The past year and the previous years few teenagers has been arrested by the police for to have destroyed the harvest with their motorcycles, in this field."

Real damage made by motorcycles or other crop circles in the past ?

After a precise checking, the field is situated on the territory of Boussy-Saint-Antoine (Essonne) and not Périgny-Sur-Yerres (Val-de-Marne)

New sketches and pictures in few days.

Best regards

Gilles
