The third German formation of 2002 was discovered on May 20, in a field of
young barley at the village of Zueschen near Kassel in Hessen. Like the
Avebury area, this area arround the city of Kassel with its ancient history
in the very centre of Germany, is one of Germanys Crop Circle hot-spots.

It consisted of two formation. The first formation is made out of a ringed
circle with an attached S-shape and a small circle at its bottom. the second
formation showed a 12 rayed sun with crescent and outer oval ring.
