On May 9, 2000, Germany cc-researcher Klaus Listman discovered a single circle in a field of oilseed
rape at Gut Rangen near Kassel in Hessen. The circle itself is such far away in the field that
access is quite difficult with the rape now up to 1,8m high and is also hidden from any easy
visibility. The circle's diameter was estimated with about 10 metres.
It happened again within the the known area around Zierenberg, a village close to Kassel that has
become Germany's major cc-hot-spot.
Further info, data and hopefully pictures when available. Thanks to Wolfgang Ring for providing first information.
