| In the early morning of June 24, 2000, local CC-researcher Eckhard Weber discovered a new formation
in a field of rye at Burghasungen, near Kassel, in Hessen. The phenomenon visited again the known
Zierenberg-area that now already hosts eight formations ( ...total German number so far is 14 ).
It was just the previous night ( June 23/24 ) at about mid-night when CC-researcher Wolfgang
Schoeppe drove past the field and he confirms that it was still empty at that time and very soon
afterwards pouring rain sat in.
The formation shows a large 9-pointed and slightly rotating star with a small central standing ring inscribed within a large but slightly irregular outer ring and three grapeshot in thought-bubbles-style nearby. Measurements |
