A 2 pictogram formation has been reported to BLT from Eastern Germany. Both of these formations are in green barley which is about 2/3 m. tall and both occurred the night of May 21 and found the morning of May 22. The first, near Klein Kedinghagen, Germany, is 70+ m. in overall length, with a central circle of 38 m., associated pathways of 8.4 m and 24.4 m, and five smaller circles. The fieldworker reports that on many of the standing plants which are on the perimeter of downed areas, both in the formation and along tram-lines nearby, have nodes which are blackened on the side of the stem facing the downed crop. This is most likely NOT mold, as the black does not rub off, and may be an artifact of some sort of the causative agency.
