Reconstruction of the 2013 Silbury Hill formation | ||
1.
Draw a circle. Draw and extend the horizontal and vertical centerlines.
2.
Construct the inscribed hexagon (regular 6-sided polygon) of circle 1, pointing to the right.
3.
Construct a circle centered at the lower intersection of circle 1 and the vertical centerline, passing through the lower angular points of hexagon 2.
4.
Construct four circles centered at the upper and lower angular points of hexagon 2, all passing through the center of circle 1.
5.
Construct a "two-points" circle (defined by the two end-points of a centerline) between the center of circle 1 and its righthand intersection with the horizontal centerline.
6.
Copy circle 5 to the center of circle 1.
7.
Construct the circumscribed hexagon of circle 6, pointing up.
8.
Construct the circumscribed circle of hexagon 7.
9.
Construct a "two-points" circle between the righthand intersections of circles 1 and 8 with the horizontal centerline.
10.
Construct the vertical centerline of circle 9.
11.
Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, tangent to line 10.
12.
Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, passing through the intersections of circle 9 and centerline 10.
13.
Construct a circle concentric to circle 9, tangent to circle 12 at the righthand side.
14.
Copy circle 13 to the righthand intersection of circle 1 and the horizontal centerline.
15.
Construct two circles concentric to circle 1, tangent to circle 14 at both sides.
16.
Copy circle 13 to the righthand intersection of circle 8 and the horizontal centerline.
17.
Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, tangent to circle 16 at the righthand side.
18.
Copy circle 9 to the center of circle 1.
19.
Copy circle 13 to the righthand intersection of circle 18 and the horizontal centerline.
20.
Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, tangent to circle 19 at the righthand side.
21.
Copy circle 13 to the center of circle 1.
22.
Construct four circles concentric to circles 4, tangent to circle 21, each at the near side.
23.
Construct a circle concentric to the lower righthand circle 4, passing through the lefthand intersection of circle 8 and the horizontal centerline.
24.
Copy circle 23 three times, to the centers of the other circles 4.
25.
Circles 3, 4, 11, 12, 15, 17, 20, 22, 23 and 24, are used for the final reconstruction.
26.
Remove all parts not visible within the formation itself.
27.
Colour all areas corresponding to standing...
28.
...or to flattened crop, and finish the reconstruction of the 2013 Silbury Hill formation.
29.
