| Draw a circle. Draw and extend the horizontal and vertical centerlines.

| Copy circle 3 to its righthand intersection with the horizontal centerline.

| Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, tangent to circle 4 at the righthand side.

| Construct the circumscribed octagon of circle 5, the mid-point of one side on the horizontal centerline.

| Construct a "two-points" circle (defined by the two end-points of a centerline) between the upper intersections of circles 1 and 3 with the vertical centerline.
