This marker-flag, showing the number "12", was discovered at the edge of the field of the crop circle formation at Bishops Cannings/Burton near the field's entrance... Such markers are a known hoaxing tool. Others suggests it could have been used for a purpose completely unconnected with the crop circle, as for example farm-surveying etc. ???

UPDATE:-

The marker that Andreas Muller found on the edge of the West End field in Bishops Cannings is neither farm, or circle related. It is one of 25 similar markers that were used for a kids orienteering course, a few of them never returned, this being one of them. Numbers 7, 19, and 24 are still out there somewhere.

I got absolutely soaked when I went to have a look at this circle today. It's a lovely pattern, and the 3 circles measure 8m across 8/8/8

Bishops Cannings - Confirmation
Would like to confirm that the earlier Bishops Cannings rumour is there, since 080808- Driving from Avebury to Devizes on left before you get to the BC junction. Could be an important 080808 formation - will try to go back for photos today

COMMENTS

This crop formation while simple in design but as the diagram shows, with a few lines added, a hidden narrative of a pyramid forming or unfolding occurs. Along with the energy of the Celtic Triquetra or Knot of Eternity, representing a closed cycle between life, death and reincarnation. A passive design is now made active.

This relatively simple circle suggests that comet impacts will help to stimulate volcanic eruptions. The three circles around the ring suggest comets C, D and E. Another circle showing two volcanoes appeared on August 14, 2002, at East field, near Alton Barnes, Wiltshire. This one depicted one comet, probably B.
