A friend spotted a formation in Rochford
(Essex) yesterday which looks like a star, in wheat, next to
Stambridge Church, opposite the Cherry Tree Pub.Here's a ground
photo from his cell phone. He's going to try to get someone to
fly it ASAP.
He will also send a diagram and ground report when poss.

I have been out to visit the crop circle at
Great Stambridge, Essex today (9th August 2008) I have taken a
series of ground pictures. Visiting the circle I noticed that
much of the interior had odd pieces of crop still standing, the
flattened areas were 99% flattened with odd bits still standing.
Not sure if this is important. I didn't seem to notice this in
the circles I visited in Wiltshire late July at Avebury (Solar
System) andSouth Field, Alton Priors (Swallows). I didn't notice
any crop bent and broken at this site.
