Hot News: Richard Heath solves
Sugar Hill of August 1!!!
Three other related "cube" pictures: namely
Toot Baldwin, West Overtone and North Down, may soon yield their
secrets in that ancient symbolic context.

One thing that struck me about
the cube formation, was that in the photo shot with people in it,,
to me it looks like a group of 18 buildings, sitting on a knoll,
represented by the larger to smaller triangles going toward the
cubes, "on top". Because of the 3-D effect, it looks like the
people are milling in the central plaza that is surrounded by 18
buildings. So perhaps there is a historical reference to a place
like this?

STRANGE SOUNDS & LIGHTS AT SUGAR HILL
It’s always
worth hanging around at the end of the day, as you never know what
you will discover. Well, this particular evening on the 3rd
of August was no exception. While coming out of the wonderful Sugar
Hill formation, we met a couple, beside the parked cars, who were
about to enter the formation themselves. They reiterated a story of
an experience that they were told by two young men called Sam
Mullane and Tom Kuince. What happened next will come as no surprise
to anyone who has been involved with Crop Circles for sometime. Was
it by chance that those same two young men just turned up at that
time while we were talking to the first couple?

Sam and Tom re-told the story to us of when they turned up at the
formation the night before on the 2nd of August at around 10.30pm.
Obviously at this time it was dark when they arrived. Just as they
were about to enter the field, they heard an unusual noise directly
behind them in a North Westerly direction. It sounded like an
unusual whooshing electric noise most definitely coming from the
sky. At that very moment they turned towards the formation in the
field, and their eyes were attracted to a pulsating light on the
hill escarpment behind the formation. They thought it was time to
abandon their visit to the circle, and quickly sped away in their
car. They were clearly quite shaken by the whole experience. Next
day, when we met them, they were returning to visit the circle in
daylight.
