I’m not sure if this is the best email to use, but I saw what I think was a crop circle last Sunday (10th July). My husband & I saw it from the left hand side of the M25 near to Rickmansworth, heading North, just before Junction17. Unfortunately we were unable to stop to photograph it, but, as I have been looking on the website & haven’t seen it on there yet, I wondered if anyone near there could check it out. It looked like 5 or 6 rings together, with another ring separated. As I live in Nottingham, unfortunately I won’t be passing by there again soon, but wouldn’t like it to be missed if it were a circle.

I hope there is some possibility that someone might be able to drive by & find it.

Location: Chalfont St Peter
Map: TO017915
Crop: Wheat
Description: Several circles some double ringed with what appeared from the ground to be horn type extensions, some centre tufts and nests still discernible the edge near the track has been flattened possibly by farmer thus destroying at least two other circles so there may have been 13 in total. this is the formation as reported by Andrew King in rumours back in July, I just hadn't driven far enough. Thanks to Andrew for a good map and description enabling me to visit the site, the wheat appears to have some form of blight, a blackened appearance perhaps due to damp or mould, it could also be due to the clouds of dust it must receive as the lorries from the nearby quarry thunder by. It is right next to the track from the quarry and easily accessible from a public footpath from Chalfont St Peter-you probably wouldn't spot it unless you were looking for it due to the lay of the land. This must have been an impressive formation when whole and younger. Difficult to see from the ground the exact design.
