Here some diagrams of the geometric reconstruction of the Crop at Kings Worthy, nr Winchester. It's to notice that there are two squaring of the circle.

The outer (passing through the centre of the small satellites) squares the circle by area and the other (in cyan colour like the square) by perimeter. [Diagrams fit to 500 pixels in width]. It's also interesting that the centre of the formation is not flattened making difficult the geometric construction from the ground.

Addendum to Kings Worthy, near Hampshire, Reported July 20, 2005

The image of the cross the way it looks in the formation is also found in a Salvador Dali painting which he entitles "Top Speed of Raphael's Virgin".  This seems to suggest some kind of cosmic/molecular aspect of Matter with which the Feminine Deity is always associated.

The reading I have recently encountered sort of supports this in that the heretics, who were persecuted by the RC Church were forced to go underground after 1244 (fall of Monségur) and 1307 (destruction of the Order of the Knights Templar), continued their belief that Jesus and the Magdalene were espoused.  One of the many creative ways in which they promulgated their faith and supported its continuance was the use of the 'x' cross, the 'cross of St. Andrew', or the cross that is 'lying down' in paintings (e.g. Botticelli - 'St. Mary Magdalene at the Foot of the Cross'; Fra Angelico - 'Noli Me Tangere', Carlo Crivelli - 'Madonna and Child', etc.)  Among other things such as watermarks, fairy tales (Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, etc.), the Gothic cathedrals of France in particular, the artists, folklorists and artisans used secret code in images to tell the story the way they knew it.  (Woman with the Alabaster Jar: Mary Magdalen and the Holy Grail  by Margaret Starbird)

Essentially, the story includes the feminine aspect of the Divine in the story of Jesus Christ and continues that 'gospel' in hope of a time when both aspects of our humanity would be celebrated equally in the world, as in the symbolism of the Eastern Yin/Yang.  The findings of the Nag Hammadi documents supports this whole 'other' understanding of the spiritual movement which has captivated most of our Western civilization.

I am very pleased to write to you to report a new formation, I discovered while driving to work this morning. It is located south west of Kings Worthy, near Winchester in Hampshire, and is visible from Nations Hill Road.

I drive this route every morning, and can confirm it was not there the previous day, therefore it must have formed on the Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. Formation looks to be about 200ft in diameter, and resembles a large "cross" or "X" of standing corn, inside a flattened circle. Photoshop stretched image seems to confirm this basic shape. Crop type looked to be wheat.

KINGS WORTHY

We have been visiting the formation on 26th July, one week after its appearance. It seems that not many people have visited the formation before as some kids told us who live beside it. Even though it has been rainy for two days the lay of the crop was incredible. The crop was like woven in the whole formation!

Here a section of layer with two directions

At this section we found 5 different layers!

More layers

The crop was laid in 'curves' to get the shape of the formation

The grape shots which were attached to the 'edges' of the formation were full of energy

Within the formation the crop was parted to fit the shape

We couldn't find any sings of damage in the whole formation. The quality and the lay of this crop circle is beyond human capability, in my opinion. The energy was still there, even one week after its appearance. I did now realise that even 'old' formation are worth visiting!
