The Crop is Wheat and the description of the formation is a 'scallop' semi-circles around a central ring, from road looks pretty identical to last years.

This is a message from my wife's aunt. This is close to their house in  Winchester and it was in the field off the A31 where 2 formations appeared  last year.

Came down the A31 to Winchester this morning to see a new formation to the south of the A31 near Bishops Sutton. GR 608 314. Seen quickly from the road it appeared to be two simple interlocking circles with some smaller ones. It is exactly where there was one last year.
