It is situated just off the A6 Market Harborough at the turning to Little Bowden, it is still pristine!!! In wheat and I suspect it will be gone in a couple of days.

The EMCCCS have spent a great deal of flying time and money obtaining these aerial shots, while they are  not first class, they are the only ones. Our group has to recoup our outlay, so images may be obtained through The Circular Review at its address on the home page, we do regret having to do this but no-one else was prepared to even look at the Northampton area which really is a way out for us.  Thank you to the Crop Circle Connector for donating another a small amount to cover the flying costs.

Please if you wish to obtain an unadulterated copy of this image for private use a 1, commercial use negotiable. These monies are for the EMCCCS flying fund.

The Little Bowden formation is actually at Braybrooke. I must say thank you to the farmer, Mr Feakin, who kindly granted me access to the site.

Access is by passing underneath a railway and it is a fair walk to the formation. Walking up the field it could not be seen until you were virtually inside it. The crop is wheat and it was very crisply laid with nice flowing lines. However, at ground level nearly all the stems were broken in every part of the design. Different parts of the crop were flowing in different directions and there was some evidence of layering in parts.

I am awaiting further photographs to be developed which will include pole shots & a twisted nest at the smallest circle at the end.

I shall be producing a diagram showing all the layering inside. Stay tuned!!!
