TWO FORMATIONS GATEWAY STANTON ST BERNARD VILLAGE

THIS SLEEPY VILLAGE IN THE HEART OF THE CROP CIRCLE ACTION, WITNESSED TWO EVENTS ON ITS OUTSKIRTS

Its not very often we have the chance to write about two formations in one report! Well, the All Cannings Bridge formations didn’t arrive on the same night, the first event was the interlocking rings formation, which appeared on the morning of the 7th of August The second event happened on the 8th of August a day later. Personally the second formation is far superior than the first, but lets take a look at them both!

Interlocking Rings.

The field just before the hump back bridge, was the first location. The formation itself was placed on a relatively flat

field, some 100 yards from the road. Quite an unusual design in many ways, with the most attractive feature the central petal section, which could be a formation all on its own. The surrounding rings are interlocking, creating a larger petal arrangement, but each ring ends were the other meets.

Both of the designs either side of the road leading to Stanton St Bernard, are very cleverly placed. The rings formation cannot be seen from the main road, but only from approaching the All Cannings bridge. There are six rings on the outside and six rings on the central designs. Both patterns mirror each other, with a wide ring separating the two flowing in a clockwise rotation. The small central circle was also clockwise in rotation, with a fairly narrow standing section of crop, surrounding the circle.

A very pleasing design, but probably seen as a lesser formation, because of its location on flat ground with no elevation points.
