This formation consists of 3 large circles/ovals with arcs overlapping at a
central point where they all thicken. Have not yet visited the latter. Diameters approx
250 and 600 ft respectively. To be measured up in detail later. Soil samples have been
taken for analysis by ADAS. The farmer was not happy about the formations on his
land, attributing them to hoaxers, and is reluctant to allow visitors entry. However both
can be seen clearly from the top of the chalk scarp at Trosley Country Park.
Weather has so far been too poor to allow overflight, but images from overlooking scarp
will be available next week.
