I have just returned from the Liddington formation, which is about 3 miles from
where I live. Being alone in the late evening sun I found it a very tranquil
atmosphere. The formation is about 200ft in diameter, with the wheat in the centre and
outer ring lying in a clockwise direction, and the half moon shapes lying in an anti
clockwise direction. The formation is very easy to get into, just pick up the tram lines
at the corner of the field and follow it round until you get in line with the formation
then follow them in. |
