1. Start with constructing a heptagon (regular 7-sided polygon).



2. Copy it and shift the new heptagon from point A to point B.



3. Repeat this 5 times, such that the next figure appears:



4. Treat this group of 7 heptagons as one new entity, and copy and shift it from point C to point D.



5. Do this again and shift from point E to point F.



6. Repeat this 4 more times such that the next picture will appear:



7. Making black everything inside yields the final seven-fold snowflake pattern (without all the small circles).
