Scalloped Ring
One of the first formations in wheat this year, this 70 footer was discovered by Steve Patterson from the air on 30th June, in Hampshire. The arcs are reminiscent of some of the 1995 Hampshire formations.

This formation consists of a clear-cut ring with thirteen arcs around the inner circumference, giving it the appearance of a pastry-cutter. At one point on the circumference the arcs are interrupted by a small semi-circle, with a further small circle aligned with this and a few feet in towards the centre of the main ring.
