The Necklace design appeared in the same field, but further up at the back, close the boundary, and shielded by a number of tall trees. This design resembled a formation which appeared on the Oxfordshire border last year, with some twenty seven circles making the overall Design, similar in construction to the Julia Sets of 1996.
The design at Badbury is just a progression, with extra circles placed below it. Still it has a certain beauty, especially from the air.
