Update Thursday 18h July 1996
Lilley, nr Luton, Hertfordshire. Reported 14th July.
A quintuplet with a thin ring joining the satellites has appeared close to the A505 north-east of Luton. It is north-east of the junction between the Hexton road and the A505. It is on a hill side over looking the village of Lilley. It is in wheat and is about a week old. I do not have a creation date, but I believe it was reported in "Bedfordshire on Sunday". The OS map reference is TL121264. Just follow the A505 from Luton towards Hitchin, you will find Lilley easily enough. Reported by Russell Stannard.
