This formation in hay the first in Wiltshire.
The 20 foot circle, with its ring and outlying circles, were apparently discovered by small children, who, by running this way and that, made very crude attempts to flatten a circle, and to add lines and a loop. From the air it reminded me of exuberant scribbles in a book of art.©1996 Peter R. Sørensen.
